We are looking for a driven entrepreneur that has deep knowledge and experience in growth / marketing and general leadership skills to help build FitnessCollection into a market leader in key cities around the world.
What is FitnessCollection?
FitnessCollection provides access to hundreds of fitness classes in Stockholm and Gothenburg every day from the best studios and training centres. Instead of having 1 gym card for your cardio, 1 yoga membership near where you live and 1 swimming card to train with your friend, we bring them all, and much more, into one membership for you to find, book and workout anytime, anywhere. Our product experience is intuitive, inspiring and smooth - making workouts fun. We go to work every day to fulfill a double mission: make workouts fun and accessible while helping nice studios and training centers grow their business. Our vision is to be the modern movement platform that inspires and provides more accessibility to motion.
What is the role?
The role is to drive growth through online channels. In particular work with:
➔ Drive MRR through A/B testing
◆ Smarter customer Segmentation
◆ Experiment on product design flows
◆ Understand data and insights
◆ Reactivation of inactive user base
◆ Retention strategies
➔ Drive margin through business model iteration
◆ A/B Testing packaging and pricing
◆ Customer Segmentation
➔ Support the team as a leader and make strategic decisions
You get support through a budget to experiment on product, work with freelancers and other resources to drive experiments. You work closely with the CEO to drive key strategic pieces forward. We think this role is perfect for those who have an entrepreneurial track record of doing and building ideas into products or for those who have always wanted to be entrepreneurs but have not done that yourself, but through your past jobs or outside work.
What kind of mindset and experience do we need?
You have worked for a couple of years, at least, and want to have a more responsibility for
growth, conversion rate optimization and customer acquisition. We would love if you have an online marketing DNA with a good understanding of product.
We believe you identify the most important issues through an analytical process, find creative and impactful solutions to them and measure the results. You are not afraid to analyse the data, try new ideas, fail, learn and try again. Often you do things yourself, but you are also a good communicator who can get other team members to help you get the job done. You are a team player that likes to share, participate, lead, teach and get your hands dirty. You have your eyes firmly on our data dashboard, dig into how users behave and use our product on a daily basis to help drive your actions. You are a geek at heart. You start and end your day looking through numbers from your experiments.

Position: Full-time and permanent
Reports to: CEO
Location: This position is based in Stockholm
