Greenpeace is seeking a full-time Nordic Telemarketing Manager who also holds the responsibility for our Danish fundraising efforts. This full-time position based in Copenhagen is responsible for leading Greenpeace’s telemarketing (telefundraising) across the Nordic region and for managing the fundraising department of Greenpeace in Denmark.
Greenpeace only accepts funding from individuals and therefore the highest quality Telefundraising is vital for Greenpeace to be able to continue to work for a green and peaceful future.
In this role you are responsible to lead the strategic development, budgeting and delivery of our Telefundraising programs in the four Nordic countries, ensuring that Greenpeace reaches income, donor growth, and donor retention targets. You will work closely with in-country Telefundraising responsible roles in Sweden, Finland, and Norway to reach these targets. You will also work with several external agencies delivering both leads, data and telefundraising services.
The roles responsibilities for Denmark include strategic planning, budget preparation and management, leading a team of professional and experienced fundraisers to achieve income and expenditure targets, and creating a diverse and secure fundraising base in Denmark.
What you offer:

At least 3 years of experience with telemarketing management in a charity organization or in a telemarketing agency working with charitable organizations

Significant experience in managing high volume programs (both acquisition and retention).

Knowledge of Data Analysis and Segmentation

Experience in contract negotiations and management of external partners

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other associated field, and/or equivalent work experience.

Capacity to prepare and present detailed and realistic marketing / fundraising strategies and reports.

Able to support and guide staff, manage multiple projects, work to a timeline, work with sensitive information, work with minimal supervision, deal with stressful situations and meet deadlines.

Ability to inspire team spirit and resolve conflicts

Committed to furthering Greenpeace’s campaign goals as well as the organizational development of Greenpeace Nordic

Fluent in Danish and English
