Role description
As a Consumer Support Operator your overall responsibility is to build the Service Support center and provide top-class service to our end clients and provide tools that are needed for different communication channels in accordance to 1st line responses. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Consumer Services manages the European market where key responsibilities are to deal directly with consumer either by telephone, chat or e-mail. You handle technical knowledge/information search optimization, manage FAQ’s (1st line with initial help from 2nd and 3rd line), handle and resolve consumer complaints both externally and internally with regular feedback to quality-, digitally-, product- and technical managers. Furthermore, you provide invoice and delivery information, set up new consumer accounts, process returns, forms, applications and requests as well as handle consumer verifications and tickets. It is important to obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries and you need to organize workflow to meet consumer timeframes and prepare and distribute consumer activity reports. You consistently provide feedback on the efficiency of the consumer services processes.
Education, knowledge and skills:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Administrative procedures as well as product knowledge
- Relevant computer applications and ability to type
- Experience from numeric, oral and written language applications
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Experience from ERP/Netsuite (is a bonus)
