Cheil Nordic is establishing our Nordic headquarters in Stockholm and is now seeking creative excellence.
The assignment
As creative director you will be responsible for the agency’s creative work, to achieve client’s goals and strategic objectives, for outstanding communication campaigns in the most creative and innovative way. With a deep digital understanding and high level of curiosity take innovative experiments and challenges within the communication campaigns to a next level. With extensive digital, print and motion media knowledge, you take responsibility for the quality of the agency’s creative output. Build, lead and develop the creative team to meet every aspect of multi-disciplinary campaigns based on the client's marketing plan. Develop new client strategies and presentations, conceptualize ideas for clients, assign projects to staff and verify the client's deadlines are being met. You also develop new innovative services, products and ventures as well as co lead the growth of the Cheil Nordic business in general, and find new clients in different fields.
Is this what you are looking for?
To be successful in this role, you need +10 years experience from advertising agency experience with an extensive digital marketing project experience. You should have a strong portfolio of work from successful international brands. You need to be a motivating and coaching leader able to handle performance management, project execution and client relationships on all levels. You also need the willingness to go beyond what’s expected and show creativeness and curiosity in every challenge. You bear the creative process, you motivate and inspire the creative team, you take responsibility that overall goals are met within frames of budget, timeline and resources. You have to be bi-lingual (english/swedish).
