Interoute offer customers a broad portfolio of voice and data solutions, ranging from physical network-based products (the Ground) to virtual network-based services (the Cloud).
Interoute Stockholm is now looking for a driven and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join their Nordics Marketing team. This post embraces many areas and comprises varied duties. You will have considerable individual responsibility. Based on Interoutes marketing and communications strategy, your main responsibility will lie in proactively drive marketing and PR activities to promote the Interoute product portfolio and increase brand awareness. Your role will include project management coordination, marketing and customer related tasks, coordinating fairs and full responsibility for production of Interoutes quarterly newsletter.
Responsibility includes
- Assist Nordics Marketing Manager in coordinating various communications and marketing activities.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to target prospects, involving direct mail, online campaigns, trade shows and events, PR, customer communications, media advertisements, promotions and other marketing activities.
- Coordinate customer events for the Nordic regions and advice on attendance at industry events.
- Writing, maintaining content and providing updates to company website.
- Assisting in writing press releases.
- Tracking campaigns and preparing performance analysis reports of post campaigns.
Qualifications and experience
- At least two years experience in a Marketing related field
- Bachelor´s degree in business, marketing or organizational development or similar degree from an accredited institution e.g. Berghs SoC.
- Fluent in (written and oral) Swedish and English.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and Outlook
- Sound knowledge of marketing principles
- Understanding and experience of digital communications and web marketing, including a working knowledge of SEO and online lead generation.
- Strong organizational, communication and project management skills.

This is a temporary employment for at least 12 months with excellent opportunities for permanent appointment after the period. Interoutes office is located in Vasastan, Stockholm.
