Working in our CRM team, you will play a key part in developing and improving the online training platform. The platform is – beside the online training courses – the hub for all other related activities and communications to drive engagement from the sales staff e.g. including a blog.

Main tasks & responsibilities:
- As an Online Training Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating projects related to creating online training courses
- In alignment with the Online Training Lead you will take part of the planning, initiating and follow up projects
- You will be the point of contact in coordinating the production and secure the execution and delivery of the online training courses, with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. product owners and agencies)
- You will plan and coordinate marketing activities to drive engagement on the platform (email and SMS)
- You will take part and be an influencer in ideation sessions
- Be a contact and support to the Field Trainers (e.g. coordinate and administrate requests to the platform partner)Work proactively towards internal stakeholders to seek alignment and secure the awareness
Experience
- In order to be successful in the assignment, you must have experience in planning and coordinating projects, being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- You are required to have a minimum of 2+ years´ recent experience working within content production and marketing campaign creation, delivery and execution
- Proven skills from project planning, production and coordination
- Have experience from working and operating CMS (publishing tools)
- Have experience in digital marketing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
We are looking for a candidate with overall strong coordination skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and has a creative mind in order to improve and develop the activities. You are
a doer, detail oriented, proactive and structured and you love salesdriven results and are a friend of Excel and Powerpoint.
Education
Relevant higher education with 2-3 years´ work experience and good organizational and communication skills and stakeholder management.
You need full proficiency in Swedish and English (both orally and in writing) and profound knowledge in content production and planning. It is a plus if you have experience of Illustrator, Photoshop and html5.
This is a 100% temporary assignment from as soon as possible and during six months, to start with.
