We are now seeking a Personal Assistant who will chiefly be key aide to our MD, Mattias Hansson. This post embraces many areas and comprises varied duties. You will have considerable individual responsibility and opportunities to influence, develop and be developed.

You will deal with planning, organisation and diary management. It will be your job to book and coordinate all kinds of meetings and trips. You will be professional at taking notes in meetings and compiling documents. Dealing with post, answering the telephone and responding to e-mail will also be a part of your daily duties. You will always know what Mattias is doing and assist with other matters as they arise. In other words, you’ll have to be good at keeping a lot of plates spinning at the same time. Your job will include some travel.

As Mattias’ Personal Assistant, you will obtain a thorough insight into how an expert media entrepreneur works. You will gain experience and learn about how a rapidly growing organisation with all its challenges is established. You will take an active part in Hyper Island's foreign operation which is currently being set up. For the right person, this role will mean participating in the creation, realisation and implementation of new ideas. This role will afford you the opportunity to attend Hyper Island's training courses.

You are a flexible, service-minded and sociable person and a quick, efficient and orderly worker. You are scrupulous and have a good head for details. You write and speak fluent English and express yourself well in speech and writing. A couple of years' experience in a similar role would be preferable. You have a full driving licence and are well-versed in the Office package.
