Work description
We are now seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to Cloetta's Corporate Head office in Stockholm. This position embraces many different areas and varied duties. You will monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, organizing office layout, be contact person and responsible for contracts of all vendors, suppliers and landlord. In this role you also handle all invoicing for the Stockholm office and you are the point of contact for HR and IT. You will also be handling traditional Executive Assistant duties, e.g., handling and act on e-mail, correspondence, translations, create Power Point presentations, do research and compile information. As the administrative resource in the office, you make sure introduction programs and people profiles are in place for new employees. You coordinate conferences, travel arrangements and take care of travelling expenses and absence reporting etc. You will have considerable individual responsibility and opportunities to influence and continue to develop structure and routines in the office.

Personal characteristics
You are a flexible, service-minded and sociable person and a quick, efficient and orderly worker. You are scrupulous and have a good head for details. You are well organized and structured, have integrity and are dependable. You write and speak fluent English and Swedish and are very well versed in the Office package. We believe you are a people person who has experience from working internationally, as Executive Assistant in professional services with high demands on working independently. You have a smooth and mature personality who enjoys having fun and variety in work.
