We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Receptionist/Office Manager at Hyper Island in Stockholm, with responsibility for customers, guests and students and to assist internally as required. Your duties will include welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, administering room and travel bookings, managing post, receiving and responding to incoming e-mail and other related office duties. You will be Office Manager in that your responsibility is for all bookings and for ensuring that everything runs perfectly smoothly. You will be the nerve centre and will appreciate working at all levels. You are someone who likes providing a service and will be the person who controls reception and ensures that the office is representative. You will also be responsible for office-related purchasing and ordering as well as keeping tabs on training courses and meetings. You are our public face and a vital person to us which means you will take pride in your role.

You speak and write English fluently and express yourself well speech and writing. You like using your own initiative and believe that good service is crucial. You are a sociable and down-to-earth person who is diligent in large as well as small things, with an eye for both details and the bigger picture. This role will afford you the opportunity to attend Hyper Island’s training courses. A couple of years’ experience in a similar post would be preferable.
