We are looking for a high-performing individual to join our growing Staffing/Professional Development team in Stockholm. Overall job description
Staffing is an integral part of the Professional Development department and plays a crucial role in the management of our people and business. The team ensures that our projects in Sweden and northern Europe are staffed with the relevant competences and capabilities – in the process ensuring the development of our people and meeting the needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Work closely with the project owners to build the best team for a given assignment – simultaneously maintaining individual, firm and client needs. Acting as a trusted advisor to our partner group and consultants
Develop and maintain relationship with the consultants in order to support their staffing and development goals - includes understanding their experiences, strengths and preferences. Coaching and giving guidance are important parts of the role
Active involvement in the professional development review process
Maintain continuous overview of project pipeline, business development needs etc.
Ongoing collaboration and information exchange with the Staffing, Recruitment and Learning teams on a local and global level
Prepare reports and other materials for leadership meetings etc.

This role requires at least three to five years of work experience – a background in professional services (e.g. consulting, law, accounting) is a merit but not a requirement for the right candidate. Proven ability to work in a multi-national environment is a plus. and you have a university degree from a renowned university. The professional language is English. You are comfortable using the Office package (e.g. excel, PowerPoint).
